You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use CraftAI services only for lawful purposes. Hosting content that violates applicable laws, distributing malware, or attempting to disrupt other users' services is strictly prohibited.
CraftAI provides AI-powered features through Omega AI, including crash analysis, mod compatibility checks, and performance optimization. These tools are provided as-is, and AI recommendations should be reviewed before implementation.
All plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
CraftAI targets 99.9% uptime for all hosted servers. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Service credits may be issued for extended unplanned downtime.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your server data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request a data export during this period.
CraftAI reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
